Welcome to Shark Life Media INC. (“Company,” “we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing our websites, including sharklifemedia.com, justmakethephoneringbook.com, members.sharklife.media, membersportal.justmakeyourphonesring.com, and any associated subdomains or properties, and by using our products, programs, and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our websites, products, or services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our websites, products, or services, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies referenced herein. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, members, subscribers, and clients.

2. Services and Products

Shark Life Media INC. provides educational content, software tools, coaching programs, digital products, and business growth resources for licensed home service businesses, including but not limited to the following: the published book Just Make The Phone Ring and any associated audiobook editions; the On-Demand Revenue Engine training program; the Mia AI software subscription; The Engine Room coaching program; The War Room coaching program; the Market Domination program; and any future products, programs, courses, software, or services offered by Shark Life Media INC..

We strive to deliver accurate, timely, and effective educational content and tools, but we do not guarantee specific business results, including but not limited to lead generation, lead conversion, sales, revenue increases, or profit. Your results depend on many factors outside our control, including your effort, market conditions, and individual business circumstances.

3. User Responsibilities

When using our websites, products, and services, you agree that you will provide accurate and current business information; you will not misuse or exploit our products or services for illegal activities; you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials; you will not share account access with any individual outside your business; and you will not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, redistribute, or resell any of our proprietary content, strategies, software, training materials, or AI outputs.

Violation of these responsibilities may result in immediate termination of services without a refund and may expose the violator to legal action.

4. Payment and Refund Policy

4.1 Payments

All payments for products and services are due in full at the time of purchase or as otherwise agreed in writing.

Recurring subscriptions, including but not limited to the On-Demand Revenue Engine, Mia AI, The Engine Room, and The War Room, are billed automatically on the recurring schedule selected at purchase (monthly or annual) until canceled by the subscriber in accordance with the cancellation terms applicable to that subscription.

Multi-payment programs, including the installment option for Market Domination, require you to complete all scheduled payments. Failure to complete scheduled payments may result in suspension of access and collection action for the remaining balance.

4.2 Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our products and the immediate access provided upon purchase, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued except as expressly stated below or as required by applicable consumer protection law.

The book Just Make The Phone Ring may be eligible for a refund within 30 days of purchase, less any shipping or fulfillment costs, in accordance with the refund policy stated on the book order page at the time of purchase.

For recurring subscriptions, you may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing. Already-billed periods are non-refundable, and you will retain access through the end of the current billing cycle.

For coaching programs and high-ticket programs such as Market Domination, refund eligibility is governed by the specific program agreement signed at the time of enrollment.

In cases of technical errors, duplicate charges, or billing mistakes, please contact happy@sharklifemedia.com within 5 business days for review.

5. Digital Content and Course Access

When you purchase or subscribe to any digital product, course, or coaching program from Shark Life Media INC., you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the content for your personal and business use only.

You may not download, copy, reproduce, distribute, share, publish, sell, license, or otherwise make available any course videos, written materials, templates, scripts, software outputs, or proprietary frameworks to any third party. All content remains the sole property of Shark Life Media INC..

Access to digital content and member portals, including the Shark Life Growth Hub, is contingent upon active subscription status or completion of program payment. Access may be revoked upon cancellation, non-payment, or violation of these Terms.

6. Mia AI Software Terms

The Mia AI software is provided as a subscription tool to assist Home Service Heroes with marketing and business tasks. By using Mia AI, you acknowledge and agree to the following provisions.

Mia AI outputs are generated by artificial intelligence and are provided for informational and operational guidance only. AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or biases, and should be reviewed by you before being used in any external communication, marketing campaign, or business decision.

You are solely responsible for any use of Mia AI outputs in your business. Shark Life Media INC. makes no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any AI-generated content.

You may not use Mia AI to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, infringing on third-party rights, or otherwise in violation of applicable law. Misuse of the tool may result in immediate termination of your subscription without refund.

7. Coaching Programs

Coaching programs, including The Engine Room, The War Room, and Market Domination, are done-with-you or done-for-you advisory and implementation services. Participation in any coaching program does not guarantee specific business outcomes or results.

Coaching programs may include group calls, private calls, written feedback, software access, and implementation support as described in the program-specific agreement. You agree to participate in good faith, complete assigned tasks, and uphold the confidentiality of any client information shared within the program community.

Recordings of coaching calls may be created for the benefit of program participants. By participating, you consent to being recorded for this purpose.

8. Affiliate Links and Recommendations

We may recommend or link to third-party software, services, and tools as part of our educational content, course materials, and coaching programs. Some of these recommendations are affiliate relationships, meaning we may earn a commission if you purchase through our link, at no additional cost to you.

We only recommend tools and services we believe provide value to Home Service Heroes. However, we are not responsible for the products, services, support, or business practices of third-party providers. Your use of any third-party tool is governed by that provider’s own terms and is at your own risk.

9. Affiliate Program

If you participate in any affiliate, referral, or partner program offered by Shark Life Media INC., your participation is governed by the separate affiliate program agreement you accept at the time of enrollment. Misrepresentation of our products, spam, fraudulent activity, or any unethical promotional practices will result in immediate termination from the program and forfeiture of any unpaid commissions.

10. Limitation of Liability

Shark Life Media INC. is not responsible for business losses, missed opportunities, unsuccessful marketing campaigns, or any financial outcomes related to your use of our products, programs, content, or services.

We are not responsible for service disruptions due to technical failures, third-party service provider outages, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, or acts of war.

We are not responsible for unauthorized access to your account due to weak passwords, shared credentials, or otherwise compromised security on your end.

In no event shall Shark Life Media INC., its officers, employees, contractors, or affiliates be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our products and services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Shark Life Media INC. in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, marketing strategies, written materials, video content, audio content, software, AI outputs delivered as part of a product, course curricula, coaching frameworks, scripts, templates, and website materials provided by Shark Life Media INC. are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit our materials without explicit written consent from Shark Life Media INC..

Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action, injunctive relief, and recovery of damages and legal fees.

12. Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time by following the cancellation procedure provided within your account dashboard or by contacting happy@sharklifemedia.com.

We reserve the right to suspend, cancel, or terminate access to any product, program, or service at our discretion if a user violates these Terms; if payments are not received on time; if there is evidence of fraudulent, abusive, or unethical behavior; or if continued service would expose Shark Life Media INC. to legal or reputational risk.

In the case of termination for cause, any unpaid balances become immediately due, and no refunds will be issued.

13. Third-Party Links and Services

Our websites, courses, and software tools may include links to or integrations with third-party tools, platforms, or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, security, or business practices of these external sites and providers. Use of third-party services is at your own risk and governed by their own terms.

14. Privacy Policy and Data Protection

Business losses, missed opportunities, or unsuccessful marketing campaigns.
Service disruptions due to technical failures, third-party providers, or force majeure events.
Unauthorized access to user accounts due to weak passwords or compromised credentials.
In no event shall Shark Life Media LLC be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages exceeding the total fees paid for services in the past 3 months.
