  • Recurring services (such as monthly marketing plans) are billed automatically unless canceled with written notice at least 30 days before renewal.
4.2 Refunds
  • Due to the nature of digital marketing and lead generation, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued once work has commenced.
  • In cases of technical errors or billing mistakes, please contact happy@sharklifemedia.com within 5 business days for review.

5. Limitation of Liability

Shark Life Media LLC is not responsible for:

Business losses, missed opportunities, or unsuccessful marketing campaigns.
Service disruptions due to technical failures, third-party providers, or force majeure events.
Unauthorized access to user accounts due to weak passwords or compromised credentials.
In no event shall Shark Life Media LLC be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages exceeding the total fees paid for services in the past 3 months.

All content, branding, marketing strategies, and website materials provided by Shark Life Media LLC are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify our materials without explicit written consent.

Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.

7. Cancellation & Termination

  • A client violates these Terms.
  • Payments are not received on time.
  • There is evidence of fraudulent or unethical behavior.

In case of termination, any unpaid balances will become immediately due.
